History of Jade-Dienst GmbH
Since its founding in 1958 by Konrad Lüders and the Wilhelmshaven Shipping and Warehouse Company, Jade-Dienst has developed steadily through several takeovers and expansions and expanded its range of services in 2021.

Foundation of the Jade-Dienst by Konrad Lüders and the then Wilhelmshaven Shipping and Warehouse Company (WSLG).1961
Foundation of the Tank and Ship Cleaning Company. - 1971 - 1993

Commissioning of the Wilhelmshaven Port Radio maritime radio station as the only private coastal radio station.1971 – 1993

Signing of the “ÖSK I” ship management contract between the state of Lower Saxony and Jade-Dienst GmbH. - 2004 - 2008

Construction of our own quay for vehicles up to a length of approx. 160 meters and a maximum draft of approx. 6.50m. The quay is equipped with a ramp, a boat slip and the supply facilities for shore connection and water discharge.February 2008

New shareholders: HLM Hamburg Linesmen GmbH, Hamburg and J. Johannsen & Sohn Beteiligungs GmbH from Lübeck as well as a limited partnership of some employees of the Jade-Dienst company.2020
Signing of a ship management contract for the oil spill response vessel “THOR” between the Lower Saxony Ministry of the Environment and Jade-Dienst GmbH. Additional business area: Car loading at the Jade-Dienst quay – loading used vehicles onto car transporters for the company Jade Car Logistics GmbH. New scheduled service between Wilhelmshaven and North Africa.2021
